To carry out the requirements of this chapter, an implementing agency may implement a centralized I/M program that (1) meets the performance standards described in 18 AAC 52.035(d); (2) is conducted at a test-only inspection facility operated by the implementing agency or its contractor; and (3) otherwise meets the applicable requirements of this chapter.
