(a) A person may dispose of used oil or a regulated hazardous waste only (1) at a facility that is approved by the department for the disposal of that specific type of waste; or (2) in accordance with a permit issued by the department. (b) A hazardous waste, other than an acute hazardous waste, generated by a conditionally exempt small quantity generator, may be disposed of at a facility that meets the requirements for a Class I or Class II MSWLF set out in 18 AAC 60.300 - 18 AAC 60.397, unless the disposal would violate the liquids restrictions set out in 18 AAC 60.360.
