Section 18.64.025. Maintenance.

A person who places litter receptacles in compliance with this chapter must  
		(1) empty them often enough to prevent overflow and offensive odors;  
		(2) dispose of the contents in accordance with 18 AAC 60; and  
		(3) maintain them to meet the requirements of this chapter.
