Section 18.65.050. Grant payment procedures.

  • 	(a)  In each agreement executed under 18 AAC 65.030, the department will set out the terms of and a schedule of payment for the grant covered by that agreement. A grantee shall include a summary of costs and results as part of a payment request. The department will specify the information to be included in a payment request.  
    	(b)  The department will base the final payment of the grant upon actual eligible costs of the project under 18 AAC 65.020. The department will, in its discretion, require a monitoring visit or inspection to determine compliance with approved plans before final payment.
