Section 18.75.215. Applications submitted by facsimile or electronic mail.

The department will accept an application by facsimile transmission or electronic mail. The completed original of the application must be submitted to the department by registered or certified mail or by courier and must be postmarked or dated by courier within two working days after it was sent by facsimile or electronic mail.
