Section 18.75.410. Procedures to apply for oil discharge prevention and contingency plans and nontank vessel equivalent plans; new plans.

	(a)  An application for approval of a new oil discharge prevention and contingency plan or a new nontank vessel equivalent plan must be submitted in accordance with 18 AAC 75.408. For submittals after October 16, 2016, an application must be submitted at least 180 days before the proposed start of operation.  
	(b)  Repealed 4/16/2016.  
	(c)  The department will review an application for a new plan using the procedures set out under 18 AAC 75.455 and will issue its decision under 18 AAC 75.460(a).  
	(d)  Repealed 4/16/2016.  
	(e)  Repealed 4/16/2016.
