Section 18.75.420. Procedures to apply for oil discharge prevention and contingency plans and nontank vessel equivalent plans; plan renewals.

	(a)  A plan holder must apply for renewal of the department's approval of an oil discharge prevention and contingency plan or nontank vessel equivalent plan in accordance with 18 AAC 75.408. For submittals after October 16, 2016, the application must be submitted at least 180 days, or the number of days stated in the plan approval letter under 18 AAC 75.460(a), in advance of expiration of the plan to permit department review before the plan approval expires.  
	(b)  Repealed 4/16/2016.  
	(c)  If no change will be made in the plan when it is renewed, a copy of the original plan need not be submitted and may be incorporated by reference on the application form unless otherwise requested by the department.  
	(d)  Repealed 4/16/2016.  
	(e)  An application for a plan renewal will be reviewed under the provisions of 18 AAC 75.455.
