Section 18.80.400. Applicability of coliform bacteria requirements.

The requirements of 18 AAC 80.400 - 18 AAC 80.430 and 18 AAC 80.440 apply only to the owner or operator of a community water system, non-transient non-community water system, or transient non-community water system or to a certified laboratory that analyzes a sample from that system.
