Section 18.83.535. Effluent limitations for non-continuous discharges.

In a permit, a discharge that is not a continuous discharge must be particularly described and limited, considering the following factors, if applicable:  
		(1) frequency;  
		(2) total mass;  
		(3) maximum rate of discharge of pollutants during the discharge;  
		(4) prohibition or limitation of specified pollutants by mass, concentration, or other appropriate measure.
