Section 18.90.410. Recordkeeping requirements for private agricultural applicators of restricted-use pesticides.

A private agricultural applicator shall keep accurate records of all uses of restricted-use pesticides for at least two years after each use. The records must be available to the department upon request and must contain the  
		(1) product or brand name and the EPA registration number of each pesticide;  
		(2) date of application;   
		(3) location of application;  
		(4) total amount of pesticide applied;  
		(5) applicator's name and certification number;  
		(6) crop commodity or site to which the pesticide was applied; and  
		(7) size of the area treated.
