Section 2.35.210. Voluntary contributions.

(a) An employee may elect to make voluntary contributions to the employee savings account under AS 39.35.180, or may suspend or change the amount of voluntary contribution at the beginning of a payroll period. The employee shall give the administrator 30 days' notice of the election, suspension, or change of voluntary contribution. (b) Repealed 1/13/2010.
