Section 2.35.295. Application for retirement.

(a) It is the responsibility of the member to make application for retirement in writing on a form prescribed by the administrator. The effective date of application is the day the application is received by the division; or, if mailed, the day the application is postmarked. A member requesting appointment to retirement should apply 30 days before the requested retirement date. (b) Repealed 7/20/2006. (c) Repealed 7/20/2006.
