Section 2.60.090. Evaluation for determination of fees.

(a) The OPA shall evaluate a client's estate on the following occasions: (1) for the case opening or monthly fees for guardianship or conservatorship services, within 90 days of OPA's appointment by the court; (2) for the sale of property fee, within 30 days of the sale of the property; and (3) for the property management fee, at the time OPA or a court visitor files the annual court report. (b) The OPA shall evaluate a client's estate annually to determine the need for an increase or decrease in a monthly fee or a property management fee. The OPA shall evaluate the estate and make the determination at the time OPA or a court visitor files the annual court report.
