Section 2.91.050. Display and possession of license.

	(a)  The holder of a license as a driver training school must display that license in a conspicuous location in the public office of the school.  
	(b)  The holder of a license as an instructor must have that license, and the instructor's driver's license, in the possession of the instructor at all times while the instructor is engaged in driving instruction. Upon the request of a peace officer, an instructor must show to the officer that instructor's driver's license and instructor license.
