Section 20.05.1014. Eligibility requirements for an interim-use permit for the Southeastern Alaska Dungeness crab ring net fishery during the moratorium in the fishery.

To be eligible for an interim-use permit for the Southeastern Alaska Dungeness crab ring net fishery during the moratorium, an applicant must have (1) held a valid interim-use permit issued under AS 16.43.210(a); and (2) during at least one of the season openings between January 1, 1988 and September 30, 1991, commercially harvested at least one of the following in the Southeastern Alaska administrative area, while participating as a skipper: (A) the fishery resource with ring net gear in at least two calendar years, as evidenced by fish tickets; or (B) at least 250 pounds of the fishery resource with ring net gear, as evidenced by fish tickets; or (C) the fishery resource with ring net gear on at least two days, as evidenced by fish tickets.
