Section 20.05.1405. Limitation of Bering Sea hair crab fishery.

	(a)   The commission designates the Bering Sea hair crab fishery as one that has reached a level of participation that requires the limitation of entry.  
	(b)  The commission finds it necessary to limit the Bering Sea hair crab fishery under a vessel permit system.
