Section 20.05.1418. Transfer and vessel substitution fees for the Bering Sea hair crab fishery.

Latest version.

	(a)   The processing fee for the permanent transfer of a vessel entry permit is $200.  
	(b)  The processing fee for the temporary or permanent substitution of a vessel for the one that is currently authorized is $200.  
	(c)  The processing fee for the simultaneous permanent transfer of a vessel permit and the substitution of another vessel for the vessel identified on the current vessel entry permit is $300.
