Section 20.05.676. Priority classification system for the statewide salmon hand troll fishery.

	(a)  The commission finds that the salmon hand troll fishery requires the use of the point system set out in 20 AAC 05.677 and 20 AAC 05.679.  
	(b)  A point scale of 0 - 101 is established as a system for ranking applicants for salmon hand troll entry permits. Points are awarded on the basis of the applicant's past participation and economic dependence as of January 1, 1980.
