Section 20.05.801. Priority classification system for the Goodnews Bay herring gillnet fishery.

	(a)  The commission finds that special circumstances exist requiring the use of the point system in 20 AAC 05.800 - 20 AAC 05.804.  
	(b)  The commission establishes a point scale of zero through 27 for the Goodnews Bay herring gillnet fishery.
