Section 20.05.824. Priority classification systems for the Kodiak food and bait herring fisheries.

	(a)  The commission finds that special circumstances exist requiring the use of the point systems in 20 AAC 05.822 - 20 AAC 05.827.  
	(b)  The commission establishes a point scale of  
		(1) 0 - 30 for the Kodiak (K) food and bait herring gillnet and seine combined fishery; and  
		(2) 0 - 82 for the Kodiak (K) food and bait herring trawl fishery.
