Section 20.10.220. Review of decision to dismiss complaint.

A complainant may request an administrative review of the staff's decision to dismiss the complaint by filing a written request for review with the commission within 15 days after receipt of notice under 20 AAC 210(f). The review shall be conducted by a panel of not less than three commission members appointed by the chair. The review of the staff's decision shall be limited to the written record and materials used by the staff in the determination to dismiss the complaint. The decision of the panel is the final decision of the commission.
