Section 20.15.120. Institutional eligibility.

	(a)  To be eligible to participate in the AlaskAdvantage loan program, institutions must meet the criteria of and operate in compliance with the requirements set out in 34 C.F.R. 600.  
	(b)  Institutions must meet the requirements for ongoing participation in the AlaskAdvantage loan program set out in 34 C.F.R. 600 and 668.  
	(c)  Institutions offering programs through distance education must meet education requirements set out in 34 C.F.R. 600.7.
