(a) Upon request of the commission, an institution must provide a copy of the lease or rental agreement covering each facility used by the institution. (b) Upon request of the commission, an institution must provide a detailed floor plan for each place of instruction, which includes dimensions, functional use, and numbers of students to be accommodated. (c) Upon request of the commission, a school must provide an inventory of all equipment, instruments, and tools used by students. The inventory must be itemized according to each course of study and the subject or unit of instruction in which it is utilized, and must include (1) the name of the manufacturer; (2) the date of manufacture; (3) the present estimated or market replacement value; (4) the present condition; and (5) a copy of the lease or rental agreement, if any, covering the equipment. (d) Equipment must be appropriate to the course of study and the current employment demands in the field. (e) Sufficient equipment must be available to allow each student adequate scheduled learning time. (f) Upon request, an institution shall provide commission staff access to facilities and equipment for inspection. Unannounced inspections may be conducted as the commission considers necessary.
