Section 20.30.460. Application process.

An organization listed in 20 AAC 30.450 and applying for a workshop grant must  
		(1) complete a workshop grant application provided by the council in the guidelines and application form, adopted by reference in 20 AAC 30.983(6), for a workshop grant; and  
		(2) submit the following items, so that each is received or postmarked not later than the deadline established in the guidelines and application form described in (1) of this section:  
			(A) the completed application;  
			(B) any documentation required by the guidelines and application form.

AS 44.27.052 Editor's note: Effective 7/1/2011, Register 198, the Alaska State Council on the Arts readopted 20 AAC 30.460 to affirm the validity of that section after statutory amendments made in ch. 30, SLA 2010. Chapter 30, SLA 2010 made explicit the council's authority to adopt regulations consistent with AS 44.27.052(a)(6).
