Section 20.30.470. Review criteria.

The council will evaluate each application for a workshop grant as set out in the guidelines and application form, adopted by reference in 20 AAC 30.983(6), for a workshop grant, and using the following criteria:  
		(1) the need for the workshop in the applicant's community;  
		(2) the completeness and clarity of the workshop outline;  
		(3) the qualifications of the workshop instructor;  
		(4) whether an applicant has received a workshop grant within the fiscal year for which the grant is sought; the council will give preference to an applicant who has not received a workshop grant during the same fiscal year.

AS 44.27.052 Editor's note: Effective 7/1/2011, Register 198, the Alaska State Council on the Arts readopted 20 AAC 30.470 to affirm the validity of that section after statutory amendments made in ch. 30, SLA 2010. Chapter 30, SLA 2010 made explicit the council's authority to adopt regulations consistent with AS 44.27.052(a)(6).
