Section 20.30.634. Application process.

An applicant for a community arts development grant must  
		(1) complete a community arts development grant application provided by the council in the guidelines and application form, adopted by reference in 20 AAC 30.983(9), for a community arts development grant; and  
		(2) submit the following items, so that each is received or postmarked not later than the deadline established in the guidelines and application form described in (1) of this section:  
			(A) the completed application;  
			(B) any supporting materials requested in the guidelines and application form.

AS 44.27.052 Editor's note: Effective 7/1/2011, Register 198, the Alaska State Council on the Arts readopted 20 AAC 30.634 to affirm the validity of that section after statutory amendments made in ch. 30, SLA 2010. Chapter 30, SLA 2010 made explicit the council's authority to adopt regulations consistent with AS 44.27.052(a)(6). Effective 7/1/2011, Register 198, the regulations attorney, under AS 44.62.060(b)(6), made a technical correction to 20 AAC 30.634(1) to reflect a correct cross reference to coincide with changes made to 20 AAC 30.983.
