Section 20.30.732. Shipping of artwork.

  • 	(a)  If artwork is to be used or displayed outside of the city in which the collection is located, the council may ship the artwork by the most appropriate and economical carrier. The borrower shall pay for cost of shipping artwork one way.  
    	(b)  The council will arrange for framing, crating, and shipping of artwork to the borrower.  
    	(c)  Repealed 9/7/2002.  
    	(d)  The borrower  
    		(1) is responsible for the cost of the shipment one way of the artwork;  
    		(2) shall insure the return shipment of the artwork for the value specified on the loan agreement; and  
    		(3) shall retain the crate and packing materials supplied by the council or provide for secure packaging for the safe return shipment of the artwork.
