Section 20.40.325. Administrative policies of grantees.

(a) A grantee with more than six employees must have written policies relating to employee compensation and benefits, employee leave, employee relocation costs, use of consultants and consultant fees, training, including orientation for new employees, nepotism, and conflicts of interest. The grantee shall apply these policies consistently in the administration of the grant project without regard to the source of the money used for the purposes to which the policies relate. The authority may require a grantee to submit these policies to the authority. (b) A grantee that is a not-for-profit entity must establish and adhere to a written policy stating that an employee of the grantee may not be a member of the grantee's governing board.
