Section 20.40.510. Beneficiaries of the trust.

	(a)  A person in one or more of the groups listed in AS 47.30.056(b) and as more specifically described in AS 47.30.056(d) - (g) and 20 AAC 40.520 - 20 AAC 40.550 is a beneficiary of the trust.  
	(b)  In addition to persons described in (a) of this section, a person shall also be considered a beneficiary of the trust if, due to either a general medical condition such as a brain injury or a substance-induced disorder, the person can be diagnosed using the DSM-5 or the ICD-10-CM with a disorder comparable to a disorder that would qualify a person as a beneficiary under (a) of this section.  
	(c)  A beneficiary may receive mental health services and shall be given a priority in the delivery of those services if the beneficiary's condition qualifies under AS 47.30.056(c)(1).
