Section 21.25.510. Definitions.

In this chapter, unless context requires otherwise,  
		(1) "ombudsman" means both the appointed ombudsman and the ombudsman's staff, except for functions specifically reserved to the appointed Ombudsman or the Acting Ombudsman under AS 24.55.070, the determination of a conflict of interest under 21 AAC 25.150, issuance of a written determination of a contract controversy or protest under 21 AAC 10, or the response to a grievance filed under 21 AAC 10.300;  
		(2) "person" has the same meaning as in AS 01.10.060.
