(a) A request for reconsideration will be considered by a quorum of the board. The decision will be based upon the case file material available. The board will not interview the applicant. (b) If the board grants a request for reconsideration, the board will make a decision based on the material contained in the case file or conduct a new hearing at the next regularly scheduled board hearing at the facility where the prisoner is incarcerated, unless the board specifies another date. (c) The board will rule on a request for reconsideration within 60 days after receipt of the request.
