Section 22.20.485. Purpose of final revocation hearing.

The purpose of a final revocation hearing is for the board to determine whether the parolee has violated any parole condition. If the parolee is found to have violated a condition of parole by a preponderance of the evidence, the board will decide whether or not to revoke all or a portion of the parole or to change any condition of parole.
