Section 22.20.620. Conditions of special medical parole.

  • 	(a)  The applicant may  make any relevant comments about possible supplemental conditions of special medical parole.  
    	(b)  The board is not responsible for the costs of residence, sustenance, transportation, programming, treatment, medical care, or education of a prisoner granted special medical parole.  
    	(c)  Release on special medical parole is granted subject to an approved parole plan, that is verified by the department.  
    	(d)  If a prisoner granted special medical parole refuses to sign the order of parole, the prisoner will not be released on parole. However, if the prisoner is unable to sign the order of parole due only to medical incapacity, the prisoner may be released upon written authorization of the board provided to the prisoner's parole officer.
