Section 3.02.129. Small loans.

Latest version.

A financial institution organized under AS 06.05  or AS 06.15  may make loans on terms consistent with the provisions of AS 06.20.230 - 06.20.310 and 3 AAC 12.100 - 3 AAC 12.210 without obtaining a license under AS 06.20.010.
