	(a)  Types of Accounts. The board of directors may offer types of share accounts which best meet the needs of the members.  
	(b)  Dividends. Varying dividends may be paid on different types of accounts and at different intervals if sufficient amounts have been accrued to pay dividends earned or contracted for.
