  • The following fees are established for trust companies, with respect to the following applications, filings, renewals, and exemptions:  
    		(1) filing fee for establishing a branch office, inside or outside the state, $2,000;  
    		(2) filing fee for establishing a representative office, inside or outside the state, $1,000;  
    		(3) application fee for exemption under AS 06.26.200 for a private trust company, $3,000;  
    		(4) fee for annual certification of a private trust company's exempt status, $1,000;  
    		(5) application fee under AS 06.26.220 for a change in control of a private trust company, $5,000;  
    		(6) filing fee for a private trust company to offer fiduciary services to the general public as a trust company, $3,000;  
    		(7) filing fee for merger or consolidation, $3,000;  
    		(8) application fee to purchase or sell substantially all assets, $3,000;  
    		(9) fee to request an exemption by order increasing the maximum number of settlors under AS 06.26.020(a)(18), $1,000;  
    		(10) fee for an interstate state trust company, an interstate national trust company, or an international trust company to establish a new trust office or acquire an existing trust office, $2,000.
