Section 3.100.250. Bid openings.

  • 	(a)  The procurement officer shall open all bids and corrections received before the date and time designated in the invitation to bid.  
    	(b)  All bid openings are open to the public at the place, date, and time designated in the invitation to bid.  
    	(c)  The name of each bidder, the bid price, and other information determined appropriate by the procurement officer shall be tabulated at the bid opening. The tabulation is open to public inspection as soon as practicable after the bid opening.  
    	(d)  The bids are not open for public inspection until after the notice of intent to award a contract is given.  
    	(e)  To the extent the bidder designates and the procurement officer concurs, trade secrets and other proprietary data contained in a bid document are confidential.
