Section 3.100.330. Notice of intent to award.

  • 	(a)  Notice of intent to award does not constitute a formal award of a contract. The notice of intent to award must include  
    		(1) a statement of a bidder's right under 3 AAC 100.570 to protest the award, including the time within which the protest must be received; and  
    		(2) the name of the successful bidder.  
    	(b)  Unless only one responsive bid is received, the notice of intent to award shall be issued to each bidder at least five days before formal award of the contract. If only one responsive bid is received, the contract award may proceed as soon as practical after the notice of intent to award is issued.
