An applicant for any financing that submitted a final application which is not approved by the authority may appeal to the board by filing a written notice of appeal with the executive director not later than 20 working days after being notified in writing of the rejection. The board may allow the applicant to make a presentation on its appeal or the board may limit its consideration of the appeal to the documents submitted to the authority by the applicant before the date of the rejection of the application. The decision of the board to reject an appeal will constitute the authority's final decision on the application.
