Section 3.106.260. Loan amounts.

Latest version.

	(a)  A loan will not exceed $250,000 per loan application for a specific project if the rural electrification revolving loan fund balance is less than $3,000,000 at the time of application.  
	(b)  A loan will not exceed $500,000 per loan application for a specified project if the rural electrification revolving loan fund balance is $3,000,000 or more at the time of application.
