	(a)  A project that meets the requirements of AS 42.45.045(f) - (h) is eligible for a renewable energy grant.  
	(b)  For purposes of AS 42.45.045(f)(2)(B), a project is a direct use of renewable energy resources if it uses renewable energy resources to generate energy or to make a fuel used to generate energy.
