The emerging energy technology fund advisory committee shall (1) advise the authority regarding solicitations for applications, including whether and how certain types of projects should receive priority consideration under a solicitation; and (2) review, advise on ranks, and make recommendations to the authority regarding the quality of abstracts and full proposals.
