(a) This chapter applies to procurement for construction, supplies, services, and professional services for a project conducted by the authority in managing a grant on behalf of a grantee. This chapter applies only to procurements exempt from AS 36.30 (State Procurement Code) under AS 36.30.850(b)(1). (b) This chapter applies only to procurements initiated on or after July 10, 2015.
