Section 3.11.030. Duration of license.

Latest version.

A licensee may begin to do business under AS 06.50  on the date the licensee receives the license. Unless suspended or revoked under AS 06.50.300 or AS 06.50.310(d), the license expires at the close of December 31 of the calendar year following the calendar year in which the license was issued.
