Section 3.132.110. Expenditure of national forest receipts for public roads.

A payment made under the national forest receipts program for public roads must be used only for the operation, maintenance, repair, or construction of public roads over which the municipality exercises road powers. The purchase of materials and equipment used to operate, maintain, repair, or construct public roads is permitted under this section.
