A mortgage licensee may share office space with another business if each business (1) has office space and signage that are sufficiently separate and distinct for a reasonable customer to understand which business the customer is transacting business with at all times; (2) operates as a separate legal entity with distinct personnel; and (3) maintains separate accounts, books, and records.
