Section 3.195.110. Waiver of sovereign immunity.

The department will not pay a grant award under this chapter to a village council or a community defined in 3 AAC 195.900(2)(D) unless the department receives, on a form approved by the Department of Law, a waiver of sovereign immunity from suit adopted by the governing body for claims related to the grant award.
