Section 3.20.010. Filing and registration fees.

Every person filing a registration statement under AS 34.55.010 shall pay a filing fee of $100 and a registration fee of $200. The filing and registration fees must accompany the registration statement. When a registration statement is withdrawn without prejudice before its effective date, the department will retain the $100 filing fee.
