Section 3.20.380. Severability.

Latest version.

If a provision of this chapter or its application to any person, thing or circumstance is held invalid, that invalidity does not affect other provisions or application of this chapter which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and accordingly the provisions of this chapter are severable.
