(a) If a licensee estimates a billing, and the estimate differs from the insurer's invoice, the adjustment of a licensee's estimated billing must occur within a reasonable amount of time, not to exceed 31 business days after the licensee's receipt of notice of actual billing. (b) Failure to comply with (a) of this section is a violation of AS 21.27.350 and 21.27.360.
